If you have questions regarding membership or scheduling a tour or training for your organization or would like to submit feedback and/or suggestions, please ask for Peter Ferenbach or email: peter@rethinkmedia.org.

If you would like to add or remove users from your account, register for a training, like assistance setting up a press or campaign room or if you have an urgent question about the media database, please ask for Lynn Fahselt or email lynn@rethinkmedia.org.

If you have a media database question and it is after 5 p.m. PST on a weekday, call Technical Support at 1-866-675-2525. The line is open from 9:00 a.m. until 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
