Intel Chief Concedes That Legal Authorities on Military’s Cyber Command Need Clarification (Washington Independent)

Kate Martin,the director of the Center for National Security Studies, observed that even outside of CYBERCOM, whose mandate remains rather unclear, there’s an “ongoing controversy about what kinds of military activities in the context of armed conflict with al-Qaeda are governed by the [legal] covert-activities requirement.
